Step by Step: Crafting Memories Through Reflection

    Hello, I hope you are doing well. I haven't been able to attend classes lately, which is why I'm posting this late. Today, the topic to discuss is some outdoor activity that I enjoy. First and foremost, as I have mentioned before, I am someone who enjoys spending a lot of time outside of the house, whether it's hanging out with friends, exploring new places, or engaging in sports. That's why I really enjoy doing different outdoor activities.


While I enjoy all these activities mentioned equally, I believe that the one I do most often and probably my favorite is going for a walk. I consider it a beautiful activity because it includes and allows for many things, such as exploring beautiful natural places. Another reason I enjoy it is that it doesn't require money or necessarily having company; it can be done alone or with friends, and you only need the essentials for food and hydration. Additionally, it can involve other activities during the walk, like having a picnic with friends, enjoying beautiful views, discovering new parks and city locations, entertaining oneself with partners, and it can even be a romantic setting to get to know someone.

Finally, it's a low-impact exercise that greatly contributes to maintaining health and allows for solitary thinking and reflection or pleasant conversations when done with friends or a partner, additionally, it allows you to take beautiful photographs of sunsets and create new precious memories.
